The child's mother, Ms. Pham Thi Thao Vi (born 2001), said that on the morning of July 5, Ngoc Han was at home with her grandmother. While the child was playing in the house, the grandmother went out to clean the garden until around 11am that same day, the family did not see the child again.
Upon receiving the report, Hiep Thanh Commune Police mobilized forces, coordinated with local authorities and local people to organize a search. Over the past few days, the authorities have searched all suspicious locations and areas but have not found Ngoc Han.
At the time of disappearance, the child was wearing a white dress and a white t-shirt with a human face on the front.
Currently, authorities are still coordinating with local people to expand the search area for the child.
