On the evening of July 6, in the program Dreamy Voyage broadcast on VTV2, Bao Tram Idol brought the audience back to the colorful memories of childhood. When she sang Mat troi be con, Dua com cho me di cac or Tre xanh ru , the emotions did not stop at nostalgia but also respect for the songs that have nurtured the souls of many generations.

Not choosing commercial ballads or songs written according to formulas, Bao Tram took a quiet and difficult path. She studied classical music, not to show off her stage skills but to be able to sing children's songs completely, a genre that requires sophistication in both technique and emotion.
“People ask me why I study classical music. For me, it is a way to be able to touch songs that seem gentle, but require the most technique and emotion, such as children's music,” the female singer confided.
Currently, Bao Tram is majoring in vocal music at the Vietnam National Academy of Music. According to her, this is not a journey to change herself, but a way to deepen and perfect what she has always believed: Music needs to be nurtured by both technique and emotion.
Not noisy, following trends, Bao Tram chose to preserve her childhood through music. From the song "Joy of You " which "caused a fever" because of its innocence, to the rustic arrangements in Dreamy Voyage, the female artist showed that children's music is not "easy".
“We think children’s music is simple, but it is that simplicity that is the hardest thing to convey. Because only those with pure, childlike or nostalgic souls can truly sing it,” said Bao Tram.

In the program, not only did she perform Little Sun or Bringing Rice to Mother Plowing, Bao Tram also performed songs imbued with the countryside such as Midday Dream and Hometown, as a gentle way to open the "door of memory" in the hearts of listeners.
Even though she is an adult and pursuing new musical paths, she is still steadfast in her true love for the songs of her childhood.
Bao Tram shared that she once heard a saying: “Children are the closest beings to the gods”. That saying made her think a lot about children’s music, a genre of music that seems gentle, but actually requires a delicate soul and serious technique.
For her, it is precisely this demanding requirement that is a worthy challenge to pursue. This is not something that makes her afraid, but rather a motivation to continue preserving the purest part of music, for the children and for herself.
Bao Tram (born 1991) has a clear, emotional voice and has been loved by audiences since the Vietnam Idol 2012 contest, where she achieved top 3.
After the competition, she got married and spent time building a family but still pursued her passion for singing. Besides performing at events, the singer completed 3 years of study at Hanoi College of Arts. After that, she continued to study vocal music at the Vietnam National Academy of Music.
The female singer has won many awards such as: Gold Medal for Duet at the 2018 National Festival, Silver Medal for Solo in 2021.
