On October 30, the delegation presented scholarships at 3 schools: Ma Le Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, Ma Le Commune; Lung Cu Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, Lung Cu Commune (Dong Van District) and Pai Lung Primary Boarding School and Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities, Pai Lung Commune (Meo Vac District).

Ma Le commune has 8 schools including 1 main school and 7 satellite schools with a total of 736 students from 12 villages. Lung Cu commune has 6 schools including 1 main school and 5 satellite schools with a total of 796 students. It is expected that on the morning of October 31, the delegation will continue to award 50 scholarships to excellent students with difficult circumstances in Ta Lung commune (Meo Vac district).
This activity is part of a scholarship awarding trip to poor and excellent students in the Northeastern provinces, contributing to supporting the families of students who were affected by the recent floods caused by storm No. 3 (storm Yagi ).
