Impressive Special Art Program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee and welcome the establishment of Lao Cai Province (new)

On the evening of June 29, at 19/8 Square, Yen Bai city, a special art program took place to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee (June 30, 1945 - June 30, 2025) and to celebrate the establishment of the (new) Lao Cai province.

Attending the program, on the Central leadership side, there were comrade Do Duc Duy - member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Agriculture and Environment , former Secretary of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee; comrade Phung Quoc Hien - former member of the Party Central Committee, former Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, former Secretary of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee; and representatives of departments and bureaus of central ministries and branches.

On the side of Lao Cai province, there was comrade Hoang Giang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

The leaders of Yen Bai province include comrades: Tran Huy Tuan - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ta Van Long - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Tuan Anh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, former provincial leaders of all periods, and a large number of cadres and people of all ethnic groups in the province.

Central leaders and leaders of Lao Cai and Yen Bai provinces attended the special art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee (June 30, 1945 - June 30, 2025) and to celebrate the establishment of the (new) Lao Cai province.

In his opening speech, Comrade Tran Huy Tuan - Secretary of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee reviewed the 80-year journey of resilience, innovation and courage of the Provincial Party Committee. He emphasized that the great achievements in socio-economic development and the continuous improvement of people's material and spiritual life today are the crystallization of sweat, intelligence and sacrifice of many previous generations.

The Provincial Party Secretary affirmed: "Looking back on the glorious 80-year journey, we are even more proud of our homeland Yen Bai - Not only an administrative name, but also a symbol of strong will, solidarity and aspiration to rise up... We are proud to inherit and continue the glorious tradition, at the same time deeply aware of the responsibility to preserve and promote it to be worthy of the trust and love that the Party, State and People have entrusted us with."

He also emphasized that the establishment of Lao Cai province (new) is not only an administrative adjustment but also a strategic step, opening up development space and creating new momentum for both localities.

Comrade Tran Huy Tuan - Secretary of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee reviewed the 80-year journey of resilience, innovation and courage of the Provincial Party Committee.

With the theme "80 years - forever shining faith", the art program was elaborately staged, with the participation of famous singers such as Dang Duong, Trong Tan, Dong Hung, Khac Hieu and 1,500 professional and non-professional actors of Yen Bai province.

The program consists of 3 chapters: "Echoes of Yen Bai", "Flowers blooming under the flag" and "Proudly moving forward", recreating the heroic historical milestones, the construction and development of the homeland, and at the same time expressing the aspiration to work together to build the northern region of the Fatherland to develop more and more sustainably.

The special highlight of the night was the large-scale Flashmob performance, strongly spreading the message of a new era, where Yen Bai and Lao Cai rise together in a new geographical position. The art program ended with a brilliant fireworks display, leaving many emotions and deep impressions in the hearts of the people.
