184 primary school administrators and teachers receive professional training in the summer of 2025

The Department of Education and Training of Lao Cai province has just organized 3 summer professional training courses in 2025 for 184 trainees who are managers and teachers at primary schools in southern Lao Cai.

During the 3-day training period (August 26-28), trainees were equipped with knowledge and skills on new teaching methods, techniques to improve teaching capacity of Vietnamese and Mathematics according to the 2018 General Education Program, designing a test matrix to develop students' capacity, and how to evaluate students by lecturers from the Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences and key teachers of Lao Cai province.

Managers and teachers attending the training course were instructed in using new teaching methods.

The training courses also provide time for trainees to exchange, discuss, and practice applying the content and knowledge they have learned. At the same time, they share and resolve difficulties and obstacles in the process of professional implementation at the facility. At the end of the training, trainees participate in a summary exercise to evaluate the results of their learning and ability to apply.

Training activities play an important role in improving the professional capacity of primary school managers and teachers, helping them adapt to the 2018 General Education Program. In particular, the training combines theory, practice, and discussion to solve professional difficulties, with the final goal of the course being a review of the ability to apply knowledge. Based on the knowledge and skills that have been cultivated, managers and teachers participating in the training will continue to spread knowledge and skills, contributing to improving the quality of education in the locality.
