Agribank Chiem Hoa disburses 16.4 billion VND in loans to eliminate temporary housing

- Implementing the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, Agribank Chiem Hoa has disbursed 16.4 billion VND to 114 poor households with preferential interest rates to repair and build new houses.

Agribank Chiem Hoa staff gave money to support the demolition of temporary houses for poor households in Linh Phu commune.

The loan amount will be applied: customers without collateral will be able to borrow up to 200 million VND; customers with collateral will be able to borrow up to 70-85% of the property value, with an interest rate of 5.5-6%/year. The expansion of the loan program for temporary and dilapidated houses demonstrates Agribank's commitment to fulfilling its social responsibilities, contributing to building a better community.
