
Implementing Decision No. 1256 of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee on the arrangement of Postal personnel to support Commune-level People's Committees in receiving and returning results of administrative procedures through public postal services after the two-level government comes into operation, the Provincial Post Office has reorganized the staff performing tasks at the district-level public administrative service centers and added more staff as required. At the same time, it has organized additional training on professional expertise, service skills, and attitude to meet the requirements of the two-level government model.

This morning, 56 staff were present in 51 communes and wards to support people at the Public Administration Service Center at the commune and ward level to carry out the assigned tasks. Here, the Post Office staff will perform tasks such as guiding people and businesses to prepare documents to carry out administrative procedures; supporting and guiding people to submit online public service documents; digitizing documents; returning procedure settlement results to people and businesses; transferring documents between the Public Administration Service Center at the commune and ward level and relevant units in handling administrative procedures; receiving requests, feedback and complaints from people regarding the settlement of administrative procedures...
It is known that with this policy, Vietnam Post (VNPost) will arrange staff to 3,221 communes and wards nationwide to support people in submitting documents and registering to receive administrative procedure results via post, ensuring stable, smooth, effective, regular and continuous operations 24/7 when arranging administrative units and implementing the 2-level government organization model from July 1, 2025.
