Regarding the public disorder incident that occurred on October 2 in Co Co hamlet, Ngoc To commune, My Xuyen district ( Soc Trang ), on November 8, according to Thanh Nien reporter's source, 2 out of 3 suspects wanted by the My Xuyen district Police Investigation Agency surrendered.
These two defendants are Lam Truong An (23 years old, residing in Ward 3, Soc Trang City), Lam Minh Tien (23 years old, residing in Dai Tam Commune, My Xuyen District).

According to initial investigation, due to a previous money dispute, at around 10:00 a.m. on October 2, a group of more than 20 people carrying many weapons went to a household in Co Co hamlet to "settle the matter".
Upon receiving the news, My Xuyen District Police coordinated with Ngoc To Commune Police to invite 17 people to work to avoid conflicts and violence that could affect people's lives and local security and order.
However, some people did not comply and resisted, forcing the police to control and take them to Ngoc To Commune Police Station for processing. Through a quick test, 2 people tested positive for drugs.

While the police were on duty, some people gathered in front of Ngoc To Commune Police Station to react, showing signs of violence and insulting the local police. My Xuyen District Police increased their support force to ensure security and order.
Through the investigation process, the Investigation Police Agency of My Xuyen District Police issued a decision to prosecute the case of disturbing public order. At the same time, prosecuted 10 related defendants, of which 3 defendants fled their residence, so the Investigation Police Agency of My Xuyen District Police issued a wanted notice, including: Lam Truong An, Lam Minh Tien and Tran Van Dong.
After a period of hiding, An and Tien have now turned themselves in to the police. Tran Van Dong (33 years old, residing in Ward 3, Soc Trang City) is still on the run from the arrest warrant.
