Construction of Phu Thai commercial and service complex worth nearly 95 billion VND

Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has decided to approve the investment policy and at the same time approved Phu Thai Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor to implement the Phu Thai Trade and Service Complex Project.

Phu Thai Trade and Service Complex project has a total investment capital of nearly 95 billion VND.

The project uses 1,589.5 ^m2 of land in Ngu Phuc commune, operating a gasoline and oil business with a scale of 6,600 ^m3 /year, a convenience store business (household appliances, consumer goods, food, beverages, stationery...) with a scale of 20,000 types of products/year, restaurant services with 36,000 guests/year, event organization services with about 180 events/year; renting out business stores, with a total rental floor area of ​​4,436 ^m2 .

The project will be completed and put into operation within 36 months from the date the Provincial People's Committee approves the investment policy.

This is the largest commercial service project ever in Ngu Phuc commune.
