Ca Rai hamlet currently has 58 households, 313 people, 100% of whom are Mong ethnic people, of which 80% are poor households. In recent years, with the attention of the Party and the State, the socio-economic situation and people's lives have had many positive changes. People always trust and follow the Party, determined to escape poverty.
The project “Lighting up the countryside roads” was implemented with 38 solar-powered lights, worth 70 million VND, from the funds mobilized in the Pickleball Tournament “Connecting love - Lighting up the countryside roads” organized by Hoa An commune. The project was completed and put into use, helping people travel conveniently at night, contributing to ensuring traffic safety and maintaining security and order.
The program “Support to school” was organized at Duc Xuan Primary and Secondary School, with 138 students in the whole school. Despite the difficulties in the physical facilities, in recent years, teachers and students of the school have made efforts to achieve many encouraging results, the quality of education has been gradually improved, many students have won prizes in competitions for excellent students at the district and provincial levels.
At the program, the Department of Education and Training presented the school with a television to support teaching; philanthropists donated over 130 sets of books and school supplies; and organized free haircuts for students and local people.
