Attending the program were comrades: Vu Hong Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Trinh Truong Huy, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of provincial departments, branches, and organizations; representatives of wards and communes and a large number of people and tourists.
The art program was elaborately staged, divided into three parts, including 14 performances performed by the Provincial Art Troupe, bringing impressive, emotional performances, spreading patriotism and national pride. The harmonious combination of music , lighting, choreography and costumes left a strong impression on the audience. The opening of the program was the performances "The Party is my life" and "Ho Chi Minh is the most beautiful name" with a magnificent singing and dancing performance, honoring the leadership role of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh.
Many performances rich in art and propaganda value were especially well received by the audience, such as: “People return to visit the homeland”, “Patriotic emulation is like that” and the song “Mai khac nho loi Bac” with lyrics by Comrade Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation. The ancient Then performance, Mong flute solo and “Love song of Song Bang” dance contributed to introducing the unique highland cultural identity of Cao Bang to the public.
The highlight of the program was the song and dance medley "Patriotic Emulation - New Road Wide Open" performed by the group of actors, spreading the spirit of competition and determination to successfully complete the socio -economic development goals, building Cao Bang province to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
The art program is a highlight to welcome the province's major events, an opportunity for each citizen to better understand and appreciate the value of peace, independence and freedom.
