Immediately after the success of exporting products to the US, Australia and Arabia, ViGuard™ officially entered the market for products sold in the domestic market.
ViGuard™ is a nano ceramic enamel technology that integrates ultra-fine antibacterial particles during the production process and is processed at high temperatures, creating a uniform, shiny surface that is very difficult to get dirty. This difference leads to the surface enamel layer of Viglacera sanitary ceramics achieving superior antibacterial ability, which can inhibit and destroy >99.9% of harmful bacteria on the product surface.
Test results at SGS showed that after 24 hours of exposure, two common and dangerous bacteria strains, Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (golden staphylococcus), were almost completely eliminated on the surface of the sample applied with ViGuard™, while the number of bacteria in the control sample skyrocketed to millions of units. This shows that ViGuard™ ™ acts as an invisible and effective shield in humid, high-temperature spaces that are always facing hygiene requirements.
Inherent problems such as yellowing and the need to use a lot of cleaning chemicals have been solved by replacing them with a beautiful, long-lasting, easy-to-clean surface that limits the release of toxic chemicals into the environment, helping to create a cleaner living environment...
In the first phase, this technology will be integrated into some smart toilet lines, monolithic toilets and high-end sinks. Products applying ViGuard™ antibacterial technology will have identification labels on the packaging and product body, making it easy for consumers to choose. This is just the first step in the roadmap to deploy ViGuard™ on all Viglacera ceramic product lines in the near future.
Not only ViGuard™ antibacterial technology, Viglacera sanitary equipment is also a manufacturing industry that the Corporation has focused on investing in for many years. A large Science and Technology Fund with the goal of modernizing production lines, automating processes and improving product quality has been established.
This fund has been effective in creating a series of effective technological breakthroughs in the sanitary equipment industry, specifically: Pressure casting system on ceramics; application of automatic robots and automatic processing machines - grinding machines; low pressure casting technology and PVD surface protection coating for shower faucets. These are advanced technologies from Italy, available for the first time in Vietnam. In particular, Viglacera toilet products have been improved with the new Max Vortex flushing system, providing quiet flushing, water saving and environmental friendliness.
The combination of these modern technologies not only brings safe, environmentally friendly products but also demonstrates Viglacera's long-term commitment to improving the quality of life, protecting the ecosystem and affirming the vision of sustainable development.
