The reporter of the judicial agency of the Navy has disseminated to officers and soldiers of Naval Region 3 the following topics: Basic contents of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Support Tools; Law on People's Air Defense; Law on Amendments and Supplements to a Number of Articles of the Law on Officers of the Vietnam People's Army.

The reporters also introduced some new points of the Road Law and the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; the current situation and legal regulations on printing, issuing, buying and selling invoices and documents for payment to the State budget; some measures to prevent and stop illegal printing, issuing, buying and selling of invoices and documents for payment to the State budget in the Army; reporting on the situation of violations and crimes in 2025, causes and preventive solutions; the Law on Social Insurance in 2024.

Officers and soldiers of Naval Region 3 participate in studying legal topics in 2025.

The dissemination andeducation campaign on legal topics in 2025 aims to raise awareness and knowledge, build a sense of respect and compliance with State laws, military discipline, and unit regulations for all officers and soldiers, contributing to improving the quality of building a regular order, preventing, stopping, and minimizing violations of laws and discipline in the entire Naval Region 3.
