Vietnam Airlines provides free transportation of relief goods to flood-hit areas in the North

With the desire to act as a bridge to share the difficulties of people affected by Typhoon Yagi causing heavy rain and flooding in many northern provinces, Vietnam Airlines has just announced that it will receive and transport free of charge relief goods from agencies, unions, organizations, and businesses on flights operated by Vietnam Airlines Group (including Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines, Vasco).

Vietnam Airlines Group initially donated 300 million VND to support people affected by storm No. 3.

Specifically, from September 10, the airline will waive transportation fees, fuel surcharges and related fees, and will be given priority loading on flights from airports across the country to Noi Bai ( Hanoi ), Cat Bi (Hai Phong), Vinh (Nghe An), Tho Xuan (Thanh Hoa), Van Don (Quang Ninh), Dien Bien.

The program applies to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, People's Committees of provinces and cities, Vietnam Red Cross Associations at all levels, and charitable funds (licensed for establishment and charter recognized by state agencies).
