Public administration activities of Dak Lak province are witnessing positive changes thanks to the AI platform.

Ms. Phan Thi Lien, a specialist at the Ea Kao Ward Public Administration Service Center, shared: Since July 1, many new documents have been issued. Thanks to the integration of the AI platform on decentralization, delegation of authority and division of authority of two-level local governments, looking up and learning about new documents has become easier. Instead of having to manually search and check the validity of documents online, which takes a lot of time and has many potential errors, now she only needs to issue a command and receive quick results in just a few seconds, minimizing errors.

Education is also one of the fields that has seen a clear adoption of AI. Artificial intelligence has changed the way teaching and learning are done, providing a more personalized and immersive learning experience for students.

Ms. Hoang Thi Anh Tuyen, Head of the Team at Tan Loi Secondary School, Buon Ma Thuot Ward, said that planning and organizing Team activities used to be very time-consuming. Since applying AI-integrated software, she has been able to design more Team activity scenarios, create content and propaganda videos by topic, design interactive games for students, etc.

AI is an intelligent assistant that not only helps Team Leaders like Ms. Tuyen reduce their workload, but also helps improve the quality of Team activities, creating more diverse and creative content in educating students on skills and ethics. Thanks to that, she builds programs and communicates the activities of the team more effectively.

The stories of teacher Tuyen and Ms. Lien are clear evidence that AI is creating positive values, helping to optimize work and open up development opportunities in the digital age.

Learning and applying technology to adapt in the digital age has become a survival imperative, in which AI emerges as a golden key to open up unprecedented opportunities.

Not out of the general trend, Dak Lak province also pays special attention to the application of AI for socio-economic development, serving public administration activities. Accordingly, the province has had specific orientations to promote digital transformation and AI application. From focusing on investing in building digital infrastructure and data centers to ensure smooth and effective operation of AI systems; coordinating with telecommunications enterprises to build consulting, support, research and development programs for appropriate AI solutions; launching the implementation of 100 peak days of the digital literacy movement, which is the first step for digital transformation and artificial intelligence application to gradually become a daily habit in the lives of every citizen.

Mr. Bui Thanh Toan, Director of the Department of Science and Technology, affirmed: “We identify AI as one of the core technologies for the province to promote comprehensive digital transformation. The application of AI in the province is gradually expanding in many sectors and fields, such as: healthcare, education, smart agriculture to public administration, serving the effective operation of two-level governments... The goal is to create a breakthrough to help localities develop sustainably, creating favorable conditions for organizations, businesses, and people to access and exploit the power that digital technology brings, thereby improving the quality of life".

To adapt to the AI era, the provincial education sector plays a pioneering role in equipping teachers and students with the necessary knowledge and skills.

According to Mr. Luu Tien Quang, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, many educational institutions have proactively used digital technology and applied AI in teaching and management. The awareness and digital skills of staff and teachers have been increasingly improved. This effort has brought positive results, to date, more than 75% of managers and teachers in the province have been trained in the skills of using digital platforms.

Of these, about 40% of teachers are trained in-depth in educational data analysis and mining, which is a step to prepare human resources to use data analysis tools, a core area of AI.

By June 2025, 100% of schools will have broadband internet connection, of which about 90% of classrooms will be equipped with projectors or projection devices for digital teaching. The education sector database will be completed and synchronized with the state management platform, helping to increase the efficiency of data exploitation and sharing... creating a digital learning environment.

The application of AI software will personalize learning, create a more modern and effective learning environment, contributing significantly to improving the quality of education, meeting the requirements of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
