Tu Ky chooses completing site clearance for 2 traffic projects as a breakthrough task in 2025

Tu Ky District Party Committee ( Hai Duong ) has agreed to select 3 key breakthrough tasks in 2025, including completing site clearance for the project to upgrade and renovate district road 191Q and the project to upgrade provincial road 391 (for sections 1 and 3).

For the project to upgrade and renovate District Road 191Q, the district has completed the approval of the contractor selection plan for the investment preparation phase; assigned consulting units... It is expected that by July 2025, the district will hand over the site to the investor for construction and strive to put the project into use in the third quarter of 2026.

To ensure progress, the district assigned Tien Dong, Nguyen Giap and Quang Trung communes to step up advocacy and propaganda work so that people understand the land donation policy, facilitating site clearance.

For the project to upgrade provincial road 391, the Land Clearance Council of Tu Ky district is carrying out land clearance work, holding meetings with people to propagate the purpose and significance of the project (for section 1 through Dai Son, Hung Dao, Ky Son, Quang Phuc communes); has carried out compensation and support for land clearance for 21/38 households in Lac Phuong commune with non- agricultural land area subject to recovery (for section 3 through Van To and Lac Phuong communes).

The project to renovate and upgrade district road 191Q is invested by the Tu Ky District Investment and Construction Project Management Board. The project to upgrade provincial road 391 is invested by the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board.

The two remaining breakthrough tasks of the district this year are to lead and direct the successful organization of the grassroots Party Congress and the 26th District Party Congress, term 2025-2030; lead and direct the improvement of digital transformation indicators in all fields; strive for 100% of administrative procedure settlement records according to regulations to be stored in the electronic data warehouse of organizations and individuals to serve the reuse of information, results of administrative procedure settlement and online submission of records.
