Identifying facilities as an important foundation for improving the qualityof education , the Board of Directors of Pham Cong Binh Primary School actively advises and proposes to leaders at all levels, while promoting the socialization of education. Up to now, the school has spacious facilities with 1 administrative building, 2 classrooms with 41 rooms equipped with projectors, air conditioners, etc. to serve teaching and learning activities. The school also has a playground, a practice ground, a gym, gym equipment, etc. In addition, the pedagogical landscape is also focused on building green - clean - beautiful, friendly, close to nature.

With the viewpoint of “Good teachers have good students”, the school focuses on building a team of dedicated and professionally solid teachers. 100% of teachers are trained in active teaching methods, innovative testing and evaluation in the direction of developing students’ capacity and qualities. The school also organizes periodic tests to assess professional qualifications and propose appropriate adjustments to improve teaching effectiveness.

The teaching staff constantly strives and actively competes in "Good Teaching", achieving many remarkable achievements. In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the school has 9 teachers achieving the title of excellent teachers at the district level, one teacher winning the Encouragement Prize at the Anti-Corruption Law Competition, one teacher winning the Encouragement Prize at the Traffic Safety Culture Competition...

From a solid foundation of facilities and teaching staff, Pham Cong Binh Primary School promotes educational innovation in a student-centered direction. Traditional class hours are gradually replaced by thematic lessons, increasing practical and experiential activities. Teachers apply information technology to prepare lessons and teach, design educational activities that are relevant to reality and stimulate students' interest.

Along with that, the love for students has motivated me to strive to inspire students to love learning and study effectively. Thanks to the dedication and devotion of teachers, students not only learn and acquire knowledge but also develop their thinking, self-study ability, self-awareness and determination. The quality of education at the school is increasingly improved with many outstanding achievements.

The 2024-2025 school year ended with proud numbers: 98.4% of students completed the classroom program; 100% of 5th graders completed the primary school program; 62.8% of students were awarded by the school, of which 440 students achieved excellent titles. The school's students also shined in many intellectual, sports and artistic playgrounds with a total of: 29 national awards; 90 provincial awards; 27 district awards.

To foster life skills and talents for students, Pham Cong Binh Primary School pays special attention to organizing extracurricular activities such as storytelling competitions, art performances, environmental painting, book reading festivals, etc.; establishing and effectively maintaining many clubs.

Thanks to that, in the 2024 - 2025 school year, the school's students won 1 Third Prize and 1 Encouragement Prize at the provincial "I love Vietnam, I love peace " contest; won 1 Second Prize, 1 Encouragement Prize at the "Send to the green future" contest and 1 Encouragement Prize at the national "Uncle Ho with children - Children with Uncle Ho" contest...

In order to help students develop physically, improve their health, solidarity and will to overcome difficulties, the school focuses on developing sports activities. Every year, the school organizes sports competitions such as the Phu Dong Sports Festival at the school level, mini football tournaments, badminton, athletics... attracting the enthusiastic participation of all students. Thanks to that, the school's students have achieved many proud achievements in sports competitions, notably 6 prizes at the district swimming competition, Third prize for the whole team at the district-level student football competition, 1 Gold medal at the provincial-level children's football competition...

As a student who overcame difficulties, excelled in her studies and won the Encouragement Prize in the national contest "Uncle Ho with Children - Children with Uncle Ho", Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi, class 5A6 said: "With the care, guidance and encouragement of teachers, I always try my best to study and actively participate in extracurricular activities.

For the contest “Uncle Ho with Children - Children with Uncle Ho”, I studied many documents, then completed 9 multiple choice tests and 1 essay writing about my sincere feelings and gratitude towards beloved Uncle Ho. It can be said that Pham Cong Binh Primary School has helped me and my friends to study, practice, develop strengths, passions and necessary life skills as well as be educated about ethics, aesthetics and love for the homeland and country”.
