Beautycare Expo 2024 has a scale of more than 250 booths of suppliers from countries and territories, including a series of exhibitors from leading countries in the beauty industry such as Germany, the Netherlands, Morocco, Japan, Korea, Singapore, China... Many cosmetics and foods with natural active ingredients from herbs and medicinal herbs such as ginseng, turmeric, mushrooms, algae, cordyceps... are prepared with new technology, receiving the attention of visitors. Equipment for the beauty industry is also displayed and introduced by companies, for visitors to experience in practice as well as to find distribution partners in Vietnam.
Within the framework of the exhibition, an online forum with the theme: "Beauty industry market in 2024: Turning challenges into opportunities for sustainable growth" was organized by the Vietnam Association of Natural Products Science with the participation of representatives of the Department of Drug Administration ( Ministry of Health ) and related units. Representatives of the Ministry of Health informed about current policies and laws related to the beauty industry; answered questions about licensing issues that businesses are facing.
According to the Drug Administration, cosmetics are products that directly affect the health of users. The Department and the local management and supervision system continuously take samples for testing, evaluate quality, promptly recall and warn about substandard cosmetics.
