"Singer Dam Vinh Hung's outfit is easily associated with sensitive issues related to politics , causing offense and creating bad public opinion, especially when the whole country is preparing to celebrate important political events, the 49th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification and the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.
The Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City will have measures to propose to competent authorities for consideration and appropriate handling," said a representative of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City.
