At the rehearsal, the content of the art program welcoming, flag-raising ceremony, opening ceremony, speech administration, gift giving... was tested, delegates watched and gave comments and suggestions to adjust appropriately and meaningfully.

Many delegates gave their opinions on the art program, focusing on the following issues: Increasing stage lighting; images, graphics when performing songs and decorating the stage more carefully and fully; appropriate performance costumes, associated with the performances and local culture; performances need to be more emotional and heroic to be worthy of the Dien Bien Phu victory...

Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province commented on the content of the art program.

With this content, Ms. Ta Thi Bich Chau, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, directed: The art program needs to be edited concisely, deeply, emotionally, and last 30 minutes. How can the spirit and spirit of Dien Bien still last after the program ends, conveying emotions and connecting generations? Therefore, the performances need to be adjusted as the delegates suggested, needing more investment and focus; singers and actors put their emotions into it, consider themselves as soldiers of the past, immersing themselves in the atmosphere towards the historic May 7th... The program will be re-run on the afternoon of April 16.

Ms. Ta Thi Bich Chau noted to add decorative items to the hall; clean the hall; carefully assign tasks in welcoming and supporting Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline workers; make a specific list for young volunteers to prepare seats for delegates when receiving gifts, guide and support the elderly on stage, and carry gifts...

Ms. Ta Thi Bich Chau, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, concluded on the contents and details that need to be adjusted, supplemented and carefully prepared.

The official program took place on the morning of April 17, at the Dien Bien Provincial Cultural Conference Center. With the participation of more than 140 Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers directly participating in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign from the provinces and cities including: Dien Bien, Son La, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Hoa Binh , and Ho Chi Minh City. This is a meaningful program in the series of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory; expressing gratitude and appreciation to those who have devoted their youth to the country.
