VNG is proud to be recognized by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) as an “ACCA Approved Employer” for the 5th consecutive year, affirming its outstanding commitment to developing finance and accounting human resources and its pioneering position in an international standard working environment.
In 2025, VNG was honored by ACCA in two important categories. The Trainee Development category (Platinum Level) recognizes the outstanding quality of training programs and comprehensive support for interns and employees pursuing ACCA certification, helping them develop professional skills and knowledge to achieve success in their careers. At the same time, the Professional Development category recognizes VNG's efforts in implementing continuous training programs and capacity development policies, helping employees continuously improve their qualifications and maintain ACCA membership standards.
VNG's Human Development Strategy
According to VNG Annual Report 2024, with the orientation of becoming a global technology enterprise, the human resource development strategy - especially high-quality human resources - is the core pillar of the company. VNG has implemented internal training programs and cooperated with international organizations such as ACCA, providing more than 10,000 training hours in 2024 for employees at all levels, from interns to senior managers.
The company promotes a culture of continuous learning, with more than 70% of employees participating in at least one intensive training program each year. In addition, VNG establishes a clear personal development roadmap through mentoring programs and internal job rotation opportunities, while building an equal, diverse and inclusive working environment, helping employees maximize their potential and achieve work-life balance.
