EMECO Company Party Cell: Building a strong team, aiming to become a leading electromechanical contractor

Completing all production and business targets, building a solid team of successors, maintaining political confidence, the Party Cell of EMECO Electronic, Mechanical and Environmental Technology Company entered the 2025-2030 term with the goal of becoming a general contractor for domestic and foreign electromechanical projects, committed to 10% revenue growth, 5% increase in employee income each year and increasingly higher budget contributions.

In an atmosphere of solidarity, democracy and responsibility, the 4th Congress of the Party Cell of EMECO Electronic, Mechanical and Environmental Technology Company, term 2025 - 2030 was successfully held, continuing to affirm the political core role of the Party Cell in all activities of the enterprise.

Overview of the Congress.

The political report at the Congress stated that during the 2020-2025 term, despite facing many difficulties in the context of market fluctuations, the Party Cell and the Company's Board of Directors proactively innovated leadership methods, accompanied in all decisions, contributing to helping the Company comprehensively complete the targets assigned by the General Meeting of Shareholders, ensuring income for employees and budget obligations to the State.

Identifying political and ideological work as a key task, the Party Cell's Party Committee is always proactive and timely in fully disseminating directives and resolutions of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Party committees at all levels to all Party members and workers through organizations such as the Trade Union and the Veterans Association.

It is the unity of ideology, political belief and compliance with the law that has become the foundation for sustainable internal strength, creating the courage to overcome difficulties and the strength of solidarity among all cadres and employees.

Party building work is given special attention by the Party Cell. Regular meetings are organized in accordance with regulations, flexibly linked to production and business orientation. Each meeting is not only an opportunity to communicate and thoroughly understand the resolution, but also a forum for discussion and contribution to the specific production management plan presented by the General Director. From there, creating a high level of unity in perception and action between the Party Committee, leaders and workers.

During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee and the Company's Board of Directors have synchronously implemented many solutions on human resource development. Engineers with good political and professional qualities are selected for training, fostering, and rotating positions to practice and mature through key projects. This is a thorough and in-depth preparation step to build a team of successor cadres to meet the increasingly high demands of the market.

The Party cell also plays a good role in leading mass organizations. The Trade Union and the Veterans Association always play a core role in propagating and launching emulation movements on the occasion of major holidays, implementing the Campaign to study and follow the example of President Ho Chi Minh according to Directive 05. From these movements, many outstanding union members have been discovered, trained, introduced to the Party, contributing to renewing and rejuvenating the Party membership.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, in the context of the country promoting digital transformation and deep international integration, the Party Cell clearly identified: "To develop sustainably, enterprises must continuously innovate their governance models, improve competitiveness, focus on the quality of human resources and expand the market".

The Party cell sets specific goals for 2030: Making EMECO a prestigious general contractor for electromechanical projects for both domestic and foreign partners; 100% of engineers are trained and fostered to keep up with market demands; revenue by 2030 increases by 10% compared to 2025; average income of employees and state budget contributions both increase by 5% each year.

To realize these goals, the Party Cell clearly defines the motto of action: comprehensive leadership, promoting collective strength, focusing on human resource quality, and measuring production and business efficiency. The targets and solutions have been concretized into quarterly and annual action programs, linked to the reality of each stage of business development.
