On the morning of July 2, Nghe An General Friendship Hospital held a ceremony to announce the Decision to appoint the Deputy Director of the Hospital.
Attending the ceremony were Dr. Nguyen Van Thuong - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Health ; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Steering Committee for the protection and care of the health of cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee; representatives of Vinh Phu Ward Party Committee; Board of Directors and officers and staff of Nghe An General Hospital.

At the ceremony, the leaders of Nghe An Department of Health announced and awarded Decision No. 936/QD-SYT dated June 26, 2025 of the Director of Nghe An Department of Health on the appointment of leaders and managers for Dr. Que Anh Tram - Director of the Center for Tropical Diseases to hold the position: Deputy Director of Nghe An General Friendship Hospital and Head of the Provincial Health Clinic for Officials.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Van Thuong - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Health stated: Dr. Que Anh Tram is a well-trained officer with a PhD in medicine and a high level of political theory. She has worked at the hospital for nearly 30 years, has been trusted and appointed to hold many management positions.
During her tenure as Director of the Center for Tropical Diseases, Dr. Que Anh Tram has demonstrated strong leadership. In particular, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Que Anh Tram has successfully completed all assigned tasks, ensuring human resources for the treatment of COVID-19 patients, supporting medical units nationwide in the prevention and control of COVID-19, and ensuring medical personnel to examine and treat people at the Hospital.
The appointment of Comrade Que Anh Tram is not only a recognition of her personal capacity and dedication, but also demonstrates the expectations of the Department of Health leadership for a special position - Head of the Provincial Health Examination Department. This is a very important unit, responsible for providing periodic health care for leaders and former leaders of the province through the periods.
Dr. Nguyen Van Thuong - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Health expressed his hope that the new Deputy Director of Nghe An General Hospital will continue to promote the role of connecting and effectively coordinating between specialized units, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, especially in the field of health care for cadres - a task that is both specialized and requires accuracy and thoughtfulness.
In her acceptance speech, Dr. Que Anh Tram expressed her determination to work with the Hospital Board of Directors and staff to build the hospital into a high-quality medical examination and treatment facility, worthy of the people's trust.

From June 2007 to April 2008 , he was Deputy Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Nghe An General Hospital.
From April 2008 to September 2013 , he was Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Nghe An General Hospital.
From September 2013 to December 2019 , he was Head of the Department of Tropical Diseases, Nghe An General Hospital. From December 2019 to January 2020, he was in charge of operating the Tropical Disease Center, Head of the Department of Parasitic Viruses, Nghe An General Hospital.
From January 2020 to September 2020 , he was Acting Director of the Center for Tropical Diseases, Head of the Department of Parasitic Viruses, Nghe An General Hospital.
From September 2020 to June 2025 , he was Director of the Center for Tropical Diseases, Head of the Department of Parasitic Viruses, Nghe An General Friendship Hospital.
During her career, Dr. Que Anh Tram has received many Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Health, the Vietnam Medical Association, the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee; and was awarded the title of Meritorious Physician by the President in 2016.
