Construction on National Highway 19 is prolonged, affecting traffic safety.

Road Management Area III requests Project Management Board 2 to direct supervision consultants and construction contractors to strictly and fully implement regulations on ensuring traffic safety when constructing on roads in operation; and take strict measures to handle contractors and individuals who violate during the construction process.

Through the on-site inspection on May 25, Road Management Area III found that the Central Highlands is entering the rainy season, but there are still many shortcomings in ensuring traffic safety during construction on National Highway 19. Some sections of the road surface have potholes that have not been patched. The construction sections of the roadbed lack barriers, markers, signs, and ropes, and there are no warning lights at night. There are no guards assigned to ensure traffic safety to repair markers and fallen signs. Some cross-road culvert construction sites have had their asphalt concrete surfaces treated, but after exploitation, they have sunk, causing danger and insecurity. Some sections have not yet completed the longitudinal ditch system and discharge gates, causing water to stagnate on the road and flow into people's gardens, causing frustration for people living on both sides of National Highway 19.
