What does the second tallest tower on the Han River in Vietnam look like?

Sun Group Corporation has just provided information about the super project of the high-end cultural, entertainment, commercial and service park (Da Nang Downtown Complex) with basic information about the scale and some impressive images of the second tallest tower in Vietnam in Da Nang City.

Accordingly, the project has a total investment of nearly 80,000 billion VND on a total area of 76.92 hectares (in Hoa Cuong Ward, old Asia Park), with the highlight being a 69-storey tower 408 m high.

According to the revealed images, this super project owns a prime location along the Han River, located between two iconic bridges, Tran Thi Ly and Tien Son. The Da Nang Downtown cultural and entertainment park is considered the "center of the center", and is also the rare remaining diamond land of Da Nang .

In particular, the highlight of this super project is the iconic 69-storey tower with a height of 408 m, the second tallest in Vietnam after Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City (461 m) and above Keangnam 72 floors (350 m), Lotte Center 65 floors (272 m).

The 69-storey tower at Da Nang Downtown is expected to be a new architectural symbol not only of Da Nang but also of the Central region, helping Da Nang have an additional "brand" image worthy of international stature.

According to Sun Group, the tower's design is inspired by the five elements, with the body of the tower evoking the image of the traditional white ao dai of Vietnamese women.

The top of the tower is a special exhibition space, shaped like a flame with an arched space where sunlight passes through and shines bright rays like a guiding lighthouse...

Also according to the investor, the tower will integrate multi-utilities such as: 5-star hotel, class A office, luxury apartments, shopping mall, restaurant, bar, observatory... with conference and event area, creating an "all in one" destination from accommodation, work to experiencing classy and unique services.

The super complex is expected to be the venue for unique night-time economic activities.

Regarding the Da Nang Downtown Complex, Sun Group said it is planned to become an ideal destination for entertainment, recreation, and shopping, the most bustling night-time economic complex in the region, comparable to Clarke Quay or Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.

The cultural and entertainment park includes: a theater of over 9,000 m2 with 4,000 seats (including an Opera hall and a multi-purpose room), a museum area, an exhibition center...
