At 9:00 p.m. on August 18, departing from the National Military Training Center 4, tracked armored vehicles such as tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, etc. were transported by specialized vehicles to the Ministry of National Defense Command Headquarters on Nguyen Tri Phuong Street (Hanoi).
The mobile force is divided into three formations: The first group is the tracked vehicles and armored vehicles of the Armored Corps; the second group is the wheeled vehicles; the third group is the vehicles of the Navy and the Air Defense - Air Force.
By 11 p.m. the same day, one of the two convoys carrying equipment had arrived in front of the gate of the Ministry of National Defense headquarters. Here, the vehicles had their camouflage tarps removed, their straps untied, and they were brought inside.
Despite heavy rain, the mission was still carried out overnight, urgently and safely.
Early morning of August 19, the vehicles arrived at the assembly point, ready for the A80 parade mission in the coming days at Ba Dinh Square.
