Three key and meaningful projects of the Postal industry
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Pham Duc Long said that among the 250 projects that were started and inaugurated to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, BĐVN had 3 projects, demonstrating careful preparation for the important event of the country. This is an honor because not many corporations and general companies have projects selected to be included in this event. BĐVN was selected to be in tune with the progress and rhythm of the country as it enters a new era: Rich, strong and prosperous.
Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long: The groundbreaking and inauguration of 3 projects of the Vietnam Postal Service demonstrates the preparation, response to the important historical milestone of the country and contributes to the sustainable development of the Postal industry.
Accordingly, the Deputy Minister requested the Vietnam Post to carry out the two projects that started today well, completing them on schedule and with quality. The Ministry will continue to support the postal sector in the upcoming development journey and always accompany the sector to overcome any difficulties.
Regarding the third project - the inauguration of the Digital Museum, Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long emphasized that this is also a very meaningful project to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Postal Industry. "The inauguration of the Digital Museum is truly meaningful and of great value in educating the tradition of the Postal Industry."
"Tradition is the stepping stone, the foundation for us to walk methodically and firmly. When facing history and tradition, people will be more upright, dignified and confident. The digital museum is a red address for generations of cadres to return to and find their own image. At the same time, it is a place where the younger generation can look at history to firmly step forward and develop in the new era," the Deputy Minister emphasized.
The Deputy Minister affirmed that the Ministry of Science and Technology will accompany the Corporation to continue promoting its value, creating solid foundations and the development of the industry and the country in the new era.
Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Post Corporation affirmed: "At Vietnam Post, technology is not only a tool to create the future but also a bridge to spread the past. The platform integrates subsystems synchronously and allows analysis and decision making based on big data, meeting international standards in the logistics field.
The Postal logistics platform will be completed before April 30, 2026, making BĐVN a pioneer 4.0 logistics enterprise, fully meeting the development requirements of cross-border e-commerce.
The platform is also expected to contribute significantly to the development strategy of the Logistics industry in Vietnam in the context of international economic integration and the explosive growth of e-commerce.
Building a new data center

The center is designed according to international standards, high-speed, secure multi-line network connection, ensuring 24/7 continuous operation. The center will meet the requirements of deploying new technologies such as Big Data, AI, IoT... In particular, the private cloud computing infrastructure not only serves internally, but is also designed to be open so that in the future it can provide public cloud and multi-cloud computing services for businesses and customers in the market.
