On August 19, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, Working Group No. 4 of the Politburo and Secretariat, chaired by Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat, worked with the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on preparations for the Provincial and Municipal Congresses.
