(GLO)- The Provincial Party Standing Committee has just issued Decision No. 1660-QD/TU on the establishment of a Standing Unit to receive, guide, and answer difficulties, problems, recommendations, and proposals from Party committees, units, and localities on the arrangement of organizational apparatus and Party congresses at all levels.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee has 11 comrades, including: Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee's Office, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Director of the Department of Finance, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police in charge of the Provincial Police, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.

The Standing Unit is responsible for regularly monitoring, grasping the situation, urging Party committees at all levels, units, and localities to deploy preparations, arrange the organizational apparatus and organize Party congresses at all levels; receiving, guiding, answering or reporting, proposing to competent authorities to guide, answer difficulties, problems, recommendations, and proposals of Party committees at all levels, units, and localities on arranging the organizational apparatus and Party congresses at all levels in accordance with regulations.

The Standing Unit works part-time and dissolves itself after completing its tasks. The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee is the Standing Body of the Standing Unit.

In addition, comrades in the Standing Unit are allowed to use the agency's seal to operate; assign specialized departments of the agency or unit to receive, guide, and answer difficulties, problems, recommendations, and proposals from Party committees, units, and localities; widely announce the contact information of the specialized department assigned to perform the task of receiving, guiding, and answering questions so that relevant organizations and individuals can know and contact and exchange.
