According to the VNA correspondent in Australia, the event aims to introduce the beauty of the country, people and development achievements of Vietnam to international friends, especially the Australian public. The film “I see yellow flowers on the green grass” brought viewers back to the poetic countryside of Vietnam, blending in with the daily life of people in the 80s of the last century. Along with that, the photo exhibition displayed dozens of artistic photographic works, realistically and vividly depicting the beauty of Vietnam and its people, from the vast rice fields, ancient streets to modern architectural works and emotional everyday moments.
In addition, attendees were also introduced to and enjoyed a number of Vietnamese products that are sold in major Australian supermarket chains such as dried jackfruit, cashew nuts, guava juice, coffee, etc.
