General Meeting of Shareholders of HUD Kien Giang Corporation for the term 2025 - 2030: An important milestone opening a new development journey

On June 20 and 21, 2025 at Mac Cuu headquarters, HUD Kien Giang Corporation and its member units successfully organized the General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2025-2030 term. The meeting took place in a solemn, serious and regulated atmosphere, with the full participation of Shareholders, the Board of Directors of the Corporation, representatives of the Group, member companies and guests.

Performance Evaluation and Financial Plan: The Congress approved the Report on Production and Business Results for the 2020-2025 term, and approved the Consolidated and Separate Financial Reports for 2024, along with a detailed financial plan for 2025. This ensures transparency and clear direction for business activities.

Comprehensive development strategy orientation: Shareholders unanimously approved the Corporation's development strategy orientation for the period 2025-2030. This is an important guideline, outlining a roadmap for sustainable growth and market share expansion in the future.

Profit Distribution and Expansion Investment : The Congress approved the Profit Distribution and Dividend Plan, along with approving the investment plan, capacity increase and production expansion at member units. This decision affirms HUD Kien Giang's commitment to reinvestment for development and optimization of operational efficiency.

Completing the governance structure and Appointing senior personnel : Reports on the activities of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of the previous term were presented. In particular, the Congress also approved the amendments related to the Enterprise Charter and Internal Governance Regulations, along with the dismissal and election of personnel of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the 2025-2030 term, in order to perfect the leadership apparatus, ensure strength and be consistent with the new vision.
