The whole Hoa Binh province is expected to welcome over 3 million tourists.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the tourism industry of Hoa Binh province maintained positive growth momentum. The whole province is estimated to welcome over 3 million visitors, an increase of 5.5% over the same period in 2024, achieving 62.2% of the annual plan.

Mai Chau Ecologe Resort (Mai Chau) is one of the top destinations for international tourists when visiting and experiencing in Hoa Binh.

Notably, the number of international visitors to Hoa Binh increased sharply, estimated at 470,000, up 61.2% over the same period in 2024. The vibrant international tourist market clearly reflects the effectiveness of the province's tourism promotion strategy. Agricultural tourism products, community tourism associated with the cultural identities of Muong, Thai, Dao, combined with the OCOP program have been creating a unique mark for Hoa Binh tourism on the regional map.

Total revenue from tourism activities of the province in the first 6 months is estimated at 3,080 billion VND, up 5.1% over the same period in 2024, achieving 57% of the annual plan. In particular, revenue from accommodation, food and beverage services, community experiences and local product shopping has grown evenly. Many key tourist areas such as Mai Chau, Kim Boi, Luong Son, Da Bac... continue to improve infrastructure and service quality, contributing to retaining and extending the length of stay of tourists.

In the coming time, the provincial tourism industry will continue to exploit the high-quality domestic tourist market, promote inter-regional cooperation and enhance digital communication, targeting international tourists with a taste for experiencing indigenous culture and ecotourism.
