More than 30 groups of images displayed at the Provincial Museum have recreated the history of Vietnam's revolutionary press over the past 100 years and the formation and development of Gia Lai's press, starting with Thanh Nien newspaper founded by leader Nguyen Ai Quoc in 1925. From here, the revolutionary press had a strong development associated with the two resistance wars against colonialism and imperialism, making an important contribution to the cause of national liberation and then the cause of national construction. In that century's journey, there was the joint efforts and unanimity of Gia Lai's press with the first newspaper named "Sang" (the predecessor of Gia Lai Newspaper).

That achievement has a significant contribution from press agencies in reflecting, encouraging, orienting public opinion and creating momentum for the province's development.

“78 years since the birth of the newspaper “Sang”, the revolutionary press of Gia Lai province has always accompanied the nation’s struggles, holding an important position in the cause of building and defending the country. With the continuous development in scale and position, the press agencies in the province have done a good job of propagating the Party’s guidelines and policies, the State’s policies and laws, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province”- journalist Tran Quoc Anh concluded.
