The Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress clearly stated the goal: "By 2025, the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification: Vietnam will be a developing country with modern industry, surpassing the low-middle income level". And to achieve that goal, one of the three strategic breakthroughs identified is "Building a synchronous and modern infrastructure system in both economy and society; prioritizing the development of a number of key national projects on transportation, adapting to climate change; focusing on developing information and telecommunications infrastructure, creating a foundation for national digital transformation, gradually developing the digital economy and digital society".
Contributing to that common goal, many localities across the country compete in production, work enthusiastically and make their mark with typical, modern works, contributing to the overall development of the country.
Participating in the "Happy Vietnam 2025" Award, many authors and photographers sent to the Organizing Committee photos marking the development in localities across the country.

It is expected that on September 2, 2025, the bridge will be technically opened to traffic and the entire package will be completed by the end of 2025. When put into use, this coastal route will facilitate the development of coastal urban areas of Hue city, promote socio-economic development, tourism and improve the lives of people in the area. In addition to its role in transportation, the project also creates a land fund of about 1,500 hectares along the coast, attracting investment, opening up opportunities for the development of tourism infrastructure, services, and high-class resorts for Hue city in the future.
