Resolution 68 - from policy to action

BPO - Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW issued by the Politburo on May 4, 2025 has strongly spread to the business community and society, serving as an important basis for stimulating the development of the private economic sector (PES), contributing to the country's economic growth. Along with that is the expectation that the resolution will soon be realized in life to clear institutional bottlenecks, creating conditions for the PES to grow.

If previously, the private economic sector was only identified as a part of the economy, then an important part of the economy, now Resolution 68 has made an important step forward in affirming that the private economy is the most important driving force of the national economy. “After 5 years of investing in Binh Phuoc province, the enterprise has always received attention and support from the provincial departments and branches, thanks to which the branch's annual revenue has achieved a growth rate of 15-20%. Resolution 68 will be an important driving force for the enterprise to boldly invest in expanding the market in the coming time,” Mr. Luan shared.

In order for enterprises in the private economic sector to truly become “the most important driving force of the economy ” in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 68, Master Nguyen Kim Du, lecturer of the Faculty of Basic Theory, Provincial Political School, said that it is necessary to strengthen the responsibility of competent authorities in handling procedures for enterprises and to innovate thinking from administrative management to administrative service. This also helps create peace of mind and trust for enterprises. Enterprises must also proactively build production and business strategies by applying science - technology, innovation and digital transformation in a comprehensive and synchronous manner to deeply integrate into the global economy.

The Resolution is a boost to create trust, arouse the desire to get rich legitimately and a strong spirit of innovation in the private business community nationwide in general and Binh Phuoc in particular.
