At the meeting, the delegation inspected legal documents related to power generation activities, reservoir safety and hydropower reservoir operation, grassroots disaster prevention and control plans, and measures to ensure dam and reservoir safety during the storm season. TMP has prepared complete documents and data and closely coordinated with the inspection delegation. TMP representatives also reported in detail the results achieved, and at the same time pointed out existing difficulties, proposed recommendations to the Department of Industry and Trade for support in resolving them, contributing to improving operational efficiency and safety in management and operation.

Through the inspection, the working group noted that TMP strictly complied with regulations in the management of dam and hydropower reservoir safety, ensuring operations in accordance with procedures approved by competent authorities. The PCTT and TKCN plans were updated and built close to reality, along with a system of backup supplies and equipment ready for rescue. In addition, TMP also maintained good coordination with local authorities and functional forces in the downstream area to proactively respond when situations arise.
The inspection contributed to the timely review, guidance and completion of disaster response plans, ensuring absolute safety for the project and neighboring residential areas. Thereby, affirming the role of TMP in developing renewable energy sources in a safe, sustainable and responsible manner to the community, in line with the province's socio -economic development orientation and climate change adaptation.
