Loc Ninh Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise with 100% capital owned by the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group. The unit's management area covers Loc Ninh district and part of Bu Dop district; Kratie province, neighboring country of Cambodia, with a total area of 12,305 hectares in the country and 4,381 hectares in Cambodia. Managing a large area, during its term, the collective of cadres, workers, employees and laborers of Loc Ninh Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. has made efforts, overcome difficulties and challenges, excellently completed assigned tasks, achieved and exceeded the targets set by the resolution.
The company's management mechanism is regularly innovated, increasing the initiative of the facility, thereby promoting the initiative, creativity, daring to think, daring to do in the management staff from departments, organizations, unions. The company has applied many technical and management measures to improve productivity, output and quality of raw latex. The exploited output by the end of the term was 64,220 tons of latex, reaching 110%; total revenue and income was 4,199 billion VND, reaching 119.6%; budget payment was 429 billion VND, reaching 224.4%; average productivity of the whole garden during the term was 1.70 tons/ha, reaching 85%; management and use of 4 latex processing lines including sheet latex, centrifugal latex, refined granules and mixed granules...
Implementing the policy of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group on reorganizing the organizational structure, operating model and indirect labor rate, the company has developed a project to reorganize and innovate the enterprise management model in an advanced direction, ensuring effective and efficient operations. The company and its affiliated units have 7 specialized departments and 10 affiliated units, 2 subsidiaries: Loc Ninh Wood Joint Stock Company and Vketi Company.
The company always focuses on innovation and depth in management work; effectively applying the quality and environmental management system according to the sustainable forest management standard VFCS/PEFC ST 1003:2019 for an area of 7,093.23 hectares of rubber forest and expanding the forest certification area for the remaining two farms to 3,086.38 hectares, bringing the total area participating in forest certification of the whole company to 10,179.61 hectares. The company's two rubber processing factories have achieved the product chain of custody certificate according to the PEFC-CoC standard.
During the years 2021-2022-2024, the company is a unit in the top 100 sustainable development enterprises (CSI 100). The company has completed the database of geographic coordinates of the garden area. In addition, the company has also achieved many remarkable achievements in applying the quality and environmental management system according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015... These are the real evidences of the goal of sustainable rubber business, production, and business with responsibility to the community and locality, ensuring the goal of economic growth along with environmental protection and social security that the company has committed to.
In the era of growth, the company has determined to accelerate digital transformation to improve management efficiency.
