Draft 2 Circulars amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circulars No. 04/2025/TT-BCT, 05/2025/TT-BCT and 06/2025/TT-BCT

The Minister of Industry and Trade issued a Circular amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Circular regulating the procedures for stopping and reducing power supply, the Circular regulating the power transmission, distribution and metering systems, and the Circular regulating the dispatch, operation, handling of incidents, black start and restoration of the national power system.

Pursuant to the Electricity Law dated November 30, 2024; Pursuant to Decree No. 40/2025/ND-CP dated February 26, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade ; At the request of the Director of the Electricity Authority; The Minister of Industry and Trade issues a Circular amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Circular stipulating the procedures for stopping and reducing the level of electricity supply, the Circular stipulating the power transmission, distribution and metering systems and the Circular stipulating the dispatch, operation, handling of incidents, black start and restoration of the national power system.
