Dieu and Sao have extremely difficult family circumstances, but they are very studious and have been excellent students for many years. To support them on their path of learning, implementing the program "Godmothers connecting love", the Women's Union of the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command has sponsored Dieu and Sao in their studies until they are 18 years old. Every year, on holidays, Tet or when going to A Vao commune, the Women's Union members visit, give gifts, and encourage Dieu and Sao to strive in their studies.

Major Tran Thi Ha, President of the Women's Union of the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command, confided: Each warm embrace is both a spiritual motivation and a support to light up a bright future for students in difficult circumstances. In recent times, the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command has done a good job of advising Party committees and commanders at all levels; widely propagating to cadres and members to connect kind hearts, helping poor students overcome difficulties on their journey of knowledge.

In the period of 2021-2025, the Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command has advised, directly and coordinated in organizing many movements and campaigns to care for students and do a good job of promoting learning. Typically, in response to the movement "leaving no one behind", the Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command has coordinated with the Women's Union of the Provincial Police and the Border Guard Command of Quang Tri province to sponsor 45 poor students with especially difficult circumstances in Dakrong district and Huong Hoa district with a total cost of 333 million VND; participated in mobilizing students to go to school, donated facilities, school supplies... with a total value of 250 million VND. In implementing the Program "Accompanying women in the border areas"; In the program "Joining hands to weave spring colors of the border" for the period 2021-2025, the Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command consulted and coordinated to support the construction of boarding houses for students of A Vao Primary and Secondary School with an amount of more than 2.1 billion VND and gave students 100 gifts, more than 1,000 sets of winter clothes, and school bags with a total value of more than 300 million VND.
