Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Vice Rector of Lac Hong University, said that in recent times, the university has received much support from the People's Committee of Dong Nai province and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Many lecturers have been trained to become experts in the field of 5S, occupational safety and coordinators. Thousands of students have had access to this knowledge and have visited Japanese enterprises. Students who have been thoroughly trained in 5S and safety are always given priority by enterprises for recruitment and high salaries.
Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung said that since 2018, the human resource exchange event has helped connect recruitment needs between businesses and students and alumni of universities and colleges in the area.
Japan is currently the second largest country in terms of the number of projects and total investment capital in Dong Nai province, with 285 valid projects, totaling nearly 6 billion USD. In the first 6 months of 2025 alone, 3 more Japanese enterprises invested in industrial parks with a total capital of more than 22.5 million USD.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that businesses, schools and students will actively discuss and share experiences, recruitment standards and training orientations to build practical training programs, helping businesses quickly find suitable human resources, students soon have jobs according to their wishes, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development.
Provincial leaders emphasized that Dong Nai is focusing resources to achieve double-digit growth targets. Therefore, training and developing human resources, especially in the manufacturing industry, is a key task that the province pays special attention to.
Through the event, the province hopes that Japanese enterprises will continue to accompany and support local universities in training and developing high-quality human resources to meet the human resource needs in industrial parks.
