On the afternoon of June 16, at the National Assembly House, Politburo member, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, and Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man chaired a meeting of the National Assembly Party Committee and the National Assembly Standing Committee on personnel work.
Attending the meeting were Party Central Committee member, Standing Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee Nguyen Khac Dinh and Party Central Committee members, members of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee: Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai; Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong; Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh; Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Vu Hong Thanh; Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Le Minh Hoan and members of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee, members of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
The meeting reviewed personnel work at the Ethnic Council and the Delegation Affairs Committee; reviewed personnel work submitted to the National Assembly at the 9th Session; reviewed the decision to submit to the National Assembly on the number of members of the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly; submitted to the National Assembly to elect the Chairman of the National Election Council and approved the list of Vice Chairmen of the National Election Council and members of the National Election Council.
