Establishment of Quang Tri Provincial Economic Zone Management Board on the basis of merging Quang Binh Economic Zone Management Board, Quang Binh Province and Quang Tri Provincial Economic Zone Management Board
According to the Decision, the Quang Tri Provincial Economic Zone Management Board was established on the basis of merging the Quang Binh Provincial Economic Zone Management Board and the Quang Tri Provincial Economic Zone Management Board.
Quang Tri Provincial Economic Zone Management Board (Management Board) is an agency under the People's Committee of Quang Tri province, performing the function of direct state management of industrial parks and economic zones in Quang Tri province; managing and organizing the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other support services related to investment, production and business activities for enterprises in industrial parks and economic zones.
The Economic Zone Management Board has legal status; an account and a seal bearing the national emblem; state administrative management funds, career operation funds and development investment capital are provided by the state budget according to the annual plan and other funding sources according to regulations of competent state agencies.
Duties and powers of the Management Board
The Management Board performs duties and powers in accordance with current laws.
The Head of the Management Board shall submit to the People's Committee of Quang Tri province specific regulations on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Management Board in accordance with the provisions of law.
This Decision annuls Decision No. 1808/QD-TTg dated December 15, 2008 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Quang Binh Economic Zone Management Board, Quang Binh province and Decision No. 1229/QD-TTg dated July 19, 2010 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Quang Tri Economic Zone Management Board.
