Thai Son Bac's long-term support for over a decade is a testament to its long-term commitment and dedication to women's football in the capital in particular, and Vietnamese women's football in general. Unlike previous seasons, this year Hanoi women's football team only has one team in the National Championship. Under the leadership of coach Dao Thi Mien, the team is in the process of rejuvenating its force and transferring generations.
