Specifically, focusing on deep processing associated with the consumer market to reach 950,000 tons of green coffee, 650,000 tons of fresh dragon fruit, prioritizing investment in high-tech freezing and drying factories for durian and avocado products. In addition, developing the processing industry for exported aquatic products such as shrimp, pangasius, tuna, seaweed, cold-water fish. In the field of aluminum mining and processing industry, each year 6 - 10 million tons (Lam Dong Dai Ngan), 4 - 6 million tons (Lam Dong Thousand Flowers). Particularly for titanium ore products, strive to reach 160,000 tons/year by 2030 (Lam Dong Blue Sea). With the multidimensional poverty rate decreasing by 1 - 1.5%, in which, poor households of ethnic minorities will decrease by 2 - 3%.
