Accordingly, the social housing project for staff, doctors, and workers of Bach Mai Hospital and Viet Duc Hospital at plots CT01, CT02, and OCT-01 has a total construction area of nearly 4,000 square meters, with a total investment of more than VND400 billion, including 3 blocks of buildings. Each block is 10 stories high, with about 455 apartments scientifically designed, optimizing natural light and functionality and utilities. The smallest apartments have an area of nearly 40 square meters and the largest is 70 square meters, flexibly meeting the housing needs of individuals or households.
With aesthetic thinking throughout the implemented projects, Sun Group not only builds residential areas but also focuses on investing in architecture and quality, affirming the commitment: social housing is not inferior to commercial housing.
