This is not only a great honor but also a particularly important task, demonstrating the trust of the Party, State, Army and people in the heroic tradition, discipline and bravery of officers and soldiers of Division 316.

The image of the solemn, majestic and proud parades on Ba Dinh Square is not only a symbol of the strength of the heroic Vietnam People's Army but also a vivid demonstration of the spirit of great national unity.

At the meeting, the Division Commander respectfully commended and recognized the efforts and achievements of the officers and soldiers; and at the same time awarded individual representatives of officers and soldiers who had excellently completed the parade and marching tasks under their authority.
