To successfully complete all tasks, in recent times, Party work and political work (CTĐ, CTCT) have been regularly focused on by the Party Committee and the Regiment Command, carried out synchronously, regularly, and closely following the tasks and work requirements.

We arrived at Battalion 65, Regiment 236 right when the unit was concentrating on training. Major Nguyen Van Viet, Battalion Commander of Battalion 65 shared: “To improve the quality of training, first of all, it is necessary to build a high level of determination, confidence, and mastery of technical equipment in the troops. The Battalion Party Committee and Commander have promoted democracy among cadres and party members, discussed the policies and leadership measures of the Party Committee and Party cells, and had their own opinions on management, command, operation, and implementation of training targets.”

It is known that before entering the training phase, the Party Committee and the Regiment Commander led and directed Party committees and organizations at all levels to focus on training and fostering cadres to improve their qualifications, be good at professional skills, know how to conduct CTĐ and CTCT activities, each stage is trained, superiors train subordinates, agencies train units, especially in the training phases, directly the cadres in charge of battalions and companies. Building a strong political foundation is the key, building a cadre team is the key. Taking training results as the basic criterion in evaluating the task completion results of the Party Committee and command of agencies and units.

Lieutenant Colonel Doan Van Son, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Regiment, said: “To improve the quality of training, on the basis of thoroughly grasping the Resolutions of the superiors, the Party Committee and the Regiment commander have issued a leadership Resolution and implemented it synchronously with many measures in terms of politics, ideology, organization, and cadres; in addition, doing a good job of education, propaganda, and agitation on the training ground and training grounds in line with the training tasks of the unit, attaching importance to promoting military democracy, encouraging and cheering on cadres and soldiers with high achievements in training”.

In fact, thanks to the good implementation of the CTĐ and CTCT activities, the quality of training has been improved; officers and soldiers in the entire Regiment have a strong political stance, good technical, tactical and professional skills, and are proficient in new technical equipment in the Regiment. 100% of officers are trained according to the hierarchy, most of the cadres have good methods and skills in conducting CTĐ and CTCT, scientific working style, saying goes hand in hand with doing, have prestige, capacity and responsibility towards the unit. This will be an important motivation for officers and soldiers of Regiment 236 to promote the heroic tradition of the "Song Da Group" in the coming time, strive to fulfill their assigned tasks well.
