In the early morning of July 14, Chelsea created a big shock when they "destroyed" PSG 3-0 in the final of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup to win the championship very convincingly.
Although the English representative was rated lower than the opponent, they surprised everyone by actively attacking and pressuring PSG from the very first minutes. The result came to Chelsea in the 22nd minute when Cole Palmer scored the opening goal.
Just 8 minutes later, Palmer completed his double after receiving the ball from his teammate, he performed a solo and then fired a tricky shot to defeat the PSG goalkeeper.

Not stopping there, striker Joao Pedro also scored a third goal to close the first half. The two teams created many opportunities in the second half but 3-0 was the final score of the match.
As soon as the final whistle blew, players from both teams lost their composure and got into a chaotic brawl. Standing out in the crowd was PSG coach Luis Enrique.

In contrast to his usual calm and gentlemanly image, the Spanish strategist also got into a fight with Chelsea players. It was embarrassing when television cameras caught him slapping Chelsea striker Joao Pedro several times in the face.
This ugly behavior of coach Enrique further increased the pain of PSG fans losing the final.
