Department of Industry and Trade announces decisions on personnel work

The conference of delegates approved: Resolution No. 04/NQ-HDND, dated July 2, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council on the establishment of the Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province; Decision No. 0138/QD-UBND, dated July 2, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee regulating the organizational structure of the Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province; Decisions of the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade on the appointment of heads and deputy heads of specialized departments, market management departments and the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion.

For specialized departments: Appoint Mr. Nguyen Nhu Thanh as Chief of Office; Mr. Tran Trong Luu as Head of Commercial Management Department; Mr. Luu Van Khang as Head of Energy Management Department; Ms. Nguyen Bao Long as Head of Industrial Management Department.
For affiliated and subordinate units: Appoint Mr. Vuong Minh Son as Head of the Market Management Department; Mr. Ngo Van Tuong as Director of the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu An - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade congratulated the comrades who were trusted and appointed this time, and gave a speech assigning tasks to the civil servants of the industry and trade sector to continue the successes they have achieved and to carry out tasks in the coming time with the goal of further improving the effectiveness and efficiency in consulting and implementing state management of the industry and trade sector.

Therefore, it is recommended that specialized departments, units under and directly under the Department should immediately review the working regulations and key tasks of the sectors and fields in charge to clearly assign tasks and responsibilities to each officer based on work capacity and qualifications, avoiding missing areas; it is necessary to promptly develop criteria to assess collective and individual capacity based on the work plan.
At the same time, each civil servant, public employee and worker is required to promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility to work with the Board of Directors and the unit to excellently complete assigned tasks.
