According to the Chairman of the Trade Union of ChingLuh Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Nguyen Van Khai, on major holidays, the Company organizes many activities such as tug of war, sack jumping, badminton, cross-country running, baking, flower arranging, etc. The children of employees are also cared for and looked after regularly by the Company's Board of Directors. On International Children's Day (June 1) every year, the children are allowed to enter the Company to better understand the hardships of their parents, thereby trying to study hard.
